Completed in 2006, the Rhapsody Condominiums are an upscale property containing 162 units, many with private balconies. Clark met the challenges of an extremely tight urban site and delivered the project ahead of schedule.

The Rhapsody Condominiums' units showcase loft-like features, including high ceilings, hardwood floors, granite countertops, maple cabinets, and stainless steel appliances. The building includes 162 underground parking spaces, a fitness center, a landscaped courtyard, and a large rooftop terrace with observation deck. Each unit was pre-wired for cable and an Internet home network.
