Clark is constructing Buildings A & B within Phase I of the Reston Gateway project. The entirety of Reston Gateway will be an integrated mix of office, retail, restaurant, hotel, and residential spaces on eleven acres of land located in the Reston Town Center immediately north of the new WMATA Metro Station

Building A is a 28-story, 800,000-square-foot office building, including over 7,000 square feet of retail space, a 4,000-square-foot mechanical penthouse, and a six-level parking structure. Building B is a 20-story, 623,000-square-foot office building with similar additional retail and parking space. Site work for the project will include site utilities, roads, sidewalks, landscaping, and other site improvements.

The two buildings will be joined by a podium floor spanning between the above-grade towers.

Below-grade work consists of an 887,000-square-foot parking structure podium for approximately 1,880 parking spaces. 

The project is designed to achieve LEED® Gold certification. Clark Foundations is part of the project team and will perform sheeting and shoring.

Site mobilization is underway and completion is slated for March 2022.
