Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP
Clark completed the construction of Pillsbury's new office space in Washington, D.C. The flexible, open, and transparent practice floor plans support integrated practice teams and offers environmentally friendly lighting and energy systems.
The interior fit-out of the Pillsbury LLP office features a state-of-the-art first floor multi-purpose room accommodating more than 160 people in auditorium-style seating, including a 'video wall' equivalent to two 113” HD monitors mounted side-by-side.
The Pillsbury project included a number of detailed and challenging design elements, including a number of materials that had to be shipped from countries across the world. Clark brought LSM's design to life through careful scheduling, meticulous material tracking, skilled subcontractors, and a design and ownership team that worked together with a 'one team' approach. The project incorporated mechanical, electrical, plumbing, flooring (including stone), carpet and vinyl composition tile, metal framing and drywall walls, millwork and casework, ceilings including fabric, decoustics, drywall, and suspended acoustical ceilings to create nearly two hundred offices for use by attorneys support staff.
