Completed in 2009, the MGM People Mover Stations project included construction of two elevated stations, one attached to the Bellagio Hotel/Casino and one attached to the Monte Carlo Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas. Ancillary rooms service each station.

Clark provided extensive preconstruction and budgeting efforts, in addition to constructing the MGM People Mover Stations. Preconstruction efforts included excavation and demolition to ascertain existing conditions and locations of undocumented underground utilities.
