McMillan Infrastructure

McMillan Infrastructure includes sitework at a former water filtration facility to make space for 10 new city blocks in Washington, DC. The scope includes performing earthwork, adding utilities and traffic signals, paving roads and sidewalks, and completing bioretention. Historic elements of the site are being retained and incorporated into the future development.
