Clark constructed a 315,000 square-foot, 12-story mixed-use building with 318 apartment units, as well as two levels of below-grade parking and first floor retail in Northeast Washington, DC. 

Clark’s team performed numerous site improvements and constructed various amenities, including a rooftop pool and landscaping for an adjacent park. The structure’s modern-industrial architectural design integrates warehouse-style windows with industrial-framed glass cubes weaving in and out of the façade at varying depths. The design also features materials reminiscent of rail cars, as well as steel columns that echo the riveted steel supports of the nearby railroad overpass.

Clark Foundations was part of the project team and performed support of excavation for the project.
