Messer Prus Delta Railroad JV awarded C3M Power Systems a $10 million contract for rail systems work on the Cincinnati Streetcar project.
 

The electric streetcar will be constructed along active streets in the business district of Cincinnati. The C3M project team will install the rail systems for the first phase of the project, a 3.6 mile loop connecting key communities in the city’s urban core. The scope of work will include the installation of traction power substations, overhead contact systems, rail signal systems, and communications systems.

Substantial completion is scheduled for March 2016. The Cincinnati Streetcar will open to the public in September 2016.
