The renovation of  this 57,000 square-foot student dormitory,originally built in 1928, included seismic upgrades to the foundations and the reconfiguration of student rooms with a new suite layout. Newly constructed apartment units serve the University’s resident director and deans. As part of the project, Clark also preserved and restored the building’s historic library, lounge, and dining areas. Additionally, a new 4,200 square-foot, mixed-used space houses a student game room, back-of-house kitchen area, loading dock, and mechanical rooms.
