Scheduled for completion in July 2015, the 601 Masschusetts Avenue project includes the demolition of an existing seven-story building - the former National Public Radio building - and construction of an 11-story office building with five levels of below-grade parking.

Located in Washington, D.C.’s Mount Vernon Square neighborhood, the 482,000 square-foot building will encompass an entire city block. The structure will feature a curtain wall skin and ground-level retail space.

601 Massachusetts Avenue is designed to achieve LEED Gold certification and will feature a green roof, sun shades, and a system to capture and re-use rainwater for the building’s mechanical systems.
