Clark is constructing a 295,000-square-foot residential building in the Chicago Loop.

The 26-story tower will include 214 residential units, two floors of parking, and three floors of amenity space.

Building amenities will include a fitness room, yoga studio, media lounge, library, pool, spa, and outdoor terrace space. The building’s ground floor will include 6,300 square feet of retail space, and 3,500 square feet of resident entry lobby.

Prior to construction, the team will demolish an existing four-story garage without disruption to the surrounding residents or the nearby elevated Chicago Transit Authority tracks.

This is Clark’s fourth project with Moceri + Roszak in downtown Chicago, having previously completed two residential buildings, LINEA and JeffJack, and nearing completion on an office tower, 145 South Wells.

The project is designed to achieve two Green Globe certifications from the Green Building Initiative.
