Clark Water/Reeves Young Team Celebrates Ribbon Cutting of Canton Wastewater Treatment Plant Expansion

Canton, GA – On May 19, 2026, representatives from the Clark Water/Reeves Young joint venture team and H20 Innovation joined Canton city officials to cut the ribbon on the newly expanded Water Pollution Control Plant (WPCP) in Canton, Georgia. The project is the largest capital improvement project in the city’s history.
This historic expansion is a game-changer for local infrastructure, boosting the facility's wastewater handling capacity by 50% to process up to 7 million gallons of water per day. Beyond sheer volume, the project also crucially elevates Canton’s water treatment system to a higher standard of environmental and regulatory compliance.

The joint venture team executed all sitework, site utilities, and advanced mechanical processes. Key features of the state-of-the-art facility include a cutting-edge membrane filtration and tertiary treatment system, a brand-new advanced laboratory for real-time testing and analysis, upgraded grit removal equipment, and a solids handling facility featuring a thermal dryer.
