ARLINGTON, Va. – Clark Construction Group, LLC recently completed 3434 North Washington in Arlington, Va. for GMUF Arlington Campus, LLC. The building is located adjacent to George Mason University's Arlington campus.

The 384,912-square-foot building, developed by The Orr Company, features 192,000 square feet of office space, 13,000 square feet of retail and food service space, and four-levels of underground parking for the university's students. Clark completed the project on a fast-track, 20-month schedule.

The five-story building is a concrete-framed structure with stone inlaid precast and window wall skin. The building's exterior features a detailed window framing system and aluminum storefront entrances.
