Louie Sarracino oversees the development and delivery of Clark Technologies' portfolio of data center and mission-critical projects. 

Since joining Clark in 2020, Louie has led complex infrastructure projects in the Mid-Atlantic, Northeast, and Southwest, including ground-up data center construction for technology companies and laboratory fit-outs for biotechnology companies.
