Fernando Arias draws from over 20 years of experience in architecture, operations, and construction to shape Clark Construction Group's sustainability strategies.
He works with company leadership to shape Clark’s sustainability strategy as one of the nation’s top green builders. Since 2014 the company has delivered 500 LEED and other green building-certified projects totaling nearly 1.2 billion square feet and valued at more than $53.6 billion.
He oversees Clark’s national sustainability operations teams, promotes and advises preconstruction teams, and leverages his department’s technology team to find solutions and innovations that meet various project goals, including building decarbonization. He has also led the company through its corporate sustainability initiatives, including the successful Fitwel health and wellness certification of Clark’s corporate offices.
