Brett oversees all construction operations for CFP. He ensures the success of all CFP projects, from initial integration with the owner’s team during acquisition and preconstruction through project completion and turnover.

Brett has nearly 30 years of industry experience managing projects of varying types, including multi-family residential, mixed-use developments, mass transit, retail, healthcare, and entertainment.
