Dulles Station Building G is the first building of a new 65-acre planned community in Herndon, Va. known as Dulles Station. Developed by Crimson Partners, this $23 million luxury condominium is now underway by Clark Residential, a subsidiary of Clark Construction Group, LLC.
RTKL of Washington, D.C. designed the 169-unit, four-story structure, with first floor retail, fitness center, above grade parking and two landscape courtyards, highlighted by a swimming pool, fountain and outdoor fireplace. The brick, and panel siding facade will be supported by a wood frame. Ten-foot ceilings and granite countertops will complement each unit. In addition, a 318-space structural steel and concrete garage is planned.
The anticipated completion date is Winter 2006.
