Construction is complete on the new law offices of Thelen Reid & Priest LLP, which is relocating to Eighth Street in downtown Washington across from the MCI Center. Clark Interiors served as the general contractor on this 86,000-square-foot interior tenant fit out.
Designed by Gensler of Washington, this high-end project incorporates four floors of the Portrait Building that are connected via a communicating staircase featuring stainless steel cladding and glass handrails. Each floor consists of typical interior office spaces, secretarial stations, custom conference rooms, pantries and elevator lobbies that include stone floors and architectural millwork panels and ceilings. The space also includes a conference center, data center, employee lounge, library, and catering space.
