C3M’s work on Sound Transit’s Operations and Maintenance Facility: East in Bellevue, WA features the installation of the traction power substation, overhead contact system, train control, and Light Rail Vehicle monitoring systems.  The Facility includes Operations and Maintenance Facility and Maintenance of Way  buildings; a track storage yard for up to 96 Light Rail Vehicles (LRV’s); run around track serving maintenance and wash bays with mainline access south and future access north; and a yard and shop TPSS with associated OCS, train control, and LRV monitoring systems. 

This project, along with Atkinson's East Link E-335 Downtown Bellevue Light Rail Construction and E-330 – Downtown Bellevue Tunnel (ATS) projects, is the third for a Clark entity on Sound Transit's $3.7B 14-mile East Link Extension.

The project is designed to achieve LEED® Silver Certification.
