Project Roxy is a 2.8-million-square-foot distribution facility to support a national e-commerce client's operations. Located on a 72-acre greenfield site, the four-and-a-half-story facility features a moment-frame steel design, concrete tilt-up façade, specialty equipment, and access amenities like truck courts, driveways, and employee parking.
