The Pepperdine Student Recreation and Event Center (The Mountain at Mullin Park) is a 161,000-square-foot, 3,600 seat basketball and volleyball arena and event center with rooftop terraces, hospitality suites, locker rooms, offices, sports medicine, strength and conditioning facilities, a cafe, and an attached gymnasium.
Clark's scope of work also includes the construction of a 45,000 square-foot, three-level RISE building for student wellness and recreation; a 830-car cast-in-place concrete parking structure with 2 below-grade and 5 above-grade levels and Mullin Green, a park featuring an elevated plaza and amphitheater. Additional scope includes the relocation of campus utilities to support elevation changes to adjacent roadways.
