Clark renovated and expanded the Brentwood Postal Facility, increasing its capacity and removing and replacing outdated equipment and systems. The project included a significant amount of demolition. Ceilings, systems furniture, finishes, and restroom, as well as outdated sack sorter, weighing 80 tons, were demolished to allow for additional floor space.

After the demolition work was completed, Clark installed new finishes at the facility. In addition, the team recommissioned the building's MEP, elevator, and escalator systems and upgraded the fire alarm, HVAC, access control, fire suppression and lighting systems.

Due to the size of the facility and USPS need to expedite the renovation, Clark increased its manpower, working double shifts, seven days a week to deliver the project on schedule.
