The property offers flexible space planning opportunities and a sustainable environment. The 300,000 square-foot, cast-in-place concrete structure is primarily clad in architectural precast concrete, masonry, glazed curtain wall, and ribbon windows. The scope of work also included disassembly, storage, and restoration of the existing building’s historic façade.
