Clark Returns to Tysons to Construct The Boro

TYSONS, Va. — The Meridian Group has awarded Clark a contract to construct a 1.7 million square-foot mixed-use complex in the heart of Tysons.

 

The Boro will feature a five-story office tower with two levels of below-grade parking, as well as three residential towers ranging from 12 to 32 stories. When complete, the mixed-use development will offer 680 residential units featuring high-end finishes and outdoor amenity space on the ninth-floor terrace, which connects the residential towers. 

 

During a groundbreaking ceremony in September, President and CEO of the Northern Virginia Chamber of Commerce, Jim Corcoran, and Chairman of the Fairfax Board of Supervisors, Sharon Bulova, expressed enthusiasm for the start of the project and the positive addition the development will have on the thriving Tysons community.
