Through our mentoring, training and trade opportunities we continually surpass local and small business participation requirements on our projects and work to build capacity in these businesses to the benefit of the local economy and our clients. Programs such as the groundbreaking Strategic Partnership Program, as well as other initiatives on our jobs throughout the country, help to grow small businesses in today's competitive environment by teaching key business management strategies to participants.
