Clark Ventures arranges non-recourse financing
for public and private infrastructure projects in which
one or more of the Clark entities has a construction or
development role, and assembles the project team that
delivers a complete set of services to our clients. The
group leverages the Wall Street experience and relationships
of its team members in the disciplines of real estate,
corporate, municipal and project finance to create a tailored
financial solution based on client and project needs.
In particular, Clark Ventures:
- Identifies development opportunities
- Structures transactions
- Sources debt and equity capital
- Negotiates contracts and financing documents
Clark Ventures, in conjunction with other parts of the Clark organization, has
the ability to deliver a comprehensive solution to our
clients – from site identification and acquisition,
through design and construction and, if desirable, after
completion, we can provide ongoing facilities operations
and maintenance. Clark Ventures has the capability to
work on projects nationally and across any of Clark’s
product areas, and is currently most focused on public-private
partnerships or design/build/finance opportunities in:

- Transportation
- University needs
- Lab and high-technology facilities
