Clark Foundations
Clark Foundations provides preconstruction, estimating, and self-performed construction services related to earth support and foundations work on Clark Construction's projects in the Mid Atlantic region and on select Clark projects throughout the country. In addition, Clark Foundations contracts its services to owners interested in beginning foundations work in advance of bidding the core and shell portions of projects. From piledriving to tiebacks, from slurry walls to conventional soldier beams and lagging, Clark Foundations has over three decades of design and installation experience in the Washington, DC area.
  • Feasibility Studies: Clark Foundations assists with the economic and technical evaluation of possible alternatives for building foundations such as spread footings, caissons, bearing piles, and mat foundations. We also assist in the selection of a temporary excavation support system attuned to specific site requirements.
  • Preconstruction Services: Clark Foundations assists Clark Construction during the preconstruction phase of projects to provide pricing and scoping for jobs that require expertise in foundation and excavation support design.
  • Self-Performance Capabilities: In order to provide early cost and schedule control on all Clark Construction projects, Clark Foundations retains the capability to provide self-perform services on projects in the Washington, DC area.
