Building the Clark workforce, one intern at a time

Classroom learning comes to life for students in Clark’s internship program. Full- and part-time opportunities in departments such as operations, estimating, and accounting/finance provide valuable real-world work experience.

Just as we are committed to acclimating, motivating, developing, and retaining recent graduates, we are equally as dedicated to giving our interns a positive and well-rounded experience during their time with the company. Participants in the internship learn about the construction industry, develop relationships with colleagues, interact with industry experts, take part in social events, and become familiar with the area, including Clark projects.

As students gain practical experience under some of the industry’s best on-the-job teachers, they can:

• Benefit from a personalized development plan, which helps ensure our interns get the most out of the internship in terms of work experience and education
• Participate in Intern Team Clark, our intern development program
• Network with Clark staff and meet other Clark interns from around the country
• Attend training and classes offered by Clark Corporate University

We offer internships at our corporate headquarters, regional offices, and job sites throughout the country.
