Building the Clark workforce, one intern at a time

Classroom learning comes to life for students in Clark’s internship and co-op program. Full- and part-time opportunities in departments such as operations, estimating, and accounting/finance provide valuable real-world work experience.

A personalized Intern Development Plan is created for each student in the program, ensuring that he or she gets the most out of the work, educational, and social elements that are part of the experience.

In addition to practical experience gained under some of the industry’s best on-the-job teachers, students can:

• Participate in our Intern Mentorship Program
• Network with Clark staff and meet other Clark interns from around the country
• Take advantage of training and classes offered by Clark Corporate University

The next generation of employees

It is our goal not only to enable students to learn more about the industry and grow, but to expose them to our corporate culture and, hopefully, develop future Clark employees. The majority of Clark interns are in fact offered positions upon graduation.

Positions are available at Clark’s corporate headquarters, regional offices, and job sites throughout the country.
