Careers start at Clark

Our people are the reason Clark has been in business for more than 100 years.

Every day, more than 3,500 employees arrive at our offices and jobsites across the country with a common goal — to build quality projects that shape our cities and towns. From small tenant renovations to huge and new structures like convention centers, sports facilities, and hospitals, we are challenged — and excited by — some of the most technically demanding construction projects around.

And our employees continue to be challenged and grow…

  • …because of the diverse career options not only in Clark Construction, but also in Clark’s divisions. Our people can experience multiple aspects of the construction and real estate industry, from concrete operations to project finance. This enables our employees to find the right match for their interests and expertise.
  • …because Clark is serious about developing our talent through training programs and mentoring.

In addition to construction operations, departments such as estimating, accounting/finance, marketing, and human resources offer career paths for people with a wide range of interests, experience, and skills.

Together, we comprise a talented, committed, and diverse group of people who enjoy what we do, and we are proud to see our projects and be able to say, “we built that.”

FRAUDULENT EMPLOYMENT OFFERS

We are aware that fraudulent employment offers are being transmitted via e-mail by people claiming to be employees or representatives of Clark. Prospective candidates are provided salary information, instructed to obtain immigration documents and pay application/processing fees, and then advised they will be reimbursed for any expenses.

Please be advised that these communications are FRAUDULENT and are NOT sent from anyone within or affiliated with Clark. These e-mail messages are a scam and should be treated as such.

If you receive such a message, you are advised to contact your local law enforcement agency and provide any details you may have.

I always believed that real long-term success could best be achieved not only with hard work and ability but by maintaining high ethical standards, proper treatment of employees and subcontractors, and making sure we are doing the very best job we can do for our clients. This builds both reputation and success.
