- Nationals Park in Washington, D.C. – winner of the 2008 Public Sector Building Over $15 Million Design-Build Excellence Award from the Design-Build Institute of America
- Caltrans District 7 Headquarters in Los Angeles, CA – one of the State of California’s first pure design-build projects
- McCormick Place Convention Center West Expansion in Chicago, IL – awarded to Clark’s team after Clark’s successful involvement in another major design-build expansion project at the facility in 1996
