Turning relationships into energy
Clark’s Energy and Structured Finance (ESF) group assists clients in achieving energy independence and lower annual operating costs through the use of on-site clean and renewable energy systems. Our approach is tailored to the goals and hurdles that each client faces.
Our projects are designed to assist clients by:
- Enhancing facility energy efficiency
- Providing significant annual operational savings through access to numerous financial incentives that drive the growth of the alternative energy marketplace
- Helping fund improvements without the use of client capital budget dollars
ESF provides development, design-build, financial structuring and other services to address the specific client needs. In addition, we assess the current and projected energy consumption profile so we can recommend an optimal, technology neutral solution that addresses the site and campus needs, while considering future growth potential.
Our company evaluates the appropriateness of an array of technology, including photovoltaic panels, solar thermal collection, turbines and microturbines fueled by natural gas, biogas and other fuels, waste-to-energy, fuel cells, wind, and geothermal systems.
