Clark Civil has completed numerous projects in the Washington Metropolitan area, including construction of the $96 million, Blue Line Extension to Largo. The design/build team completed two new Metro stations and parking garages in 27 months – faster than any typical, single station had completed under the tradition design-bid-build contracting method.
